At Sandra London, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.
However, if for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it (beyond trying it on) is not permitted.

  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to return part of the order are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by contacting us at info@sandralondon.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China) once your request has been approved.

  3. Ship the item at your own expense, including any customs or international shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued within 14 days via your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Liability

  • Sandra London is not responsible for any lost return packages if the tracking information shows the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, the responsibility lies with the customer.

  • Any errors or changes in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
